Welcome to our Monthly Birth Photography Giveaway! At The Mother Hen Friend, we believe in capturing the beautiful moments of life, and we want to offer one lucky family each month the chance to win a free birth photography session. Read on to learn how to enter, the rules, and what you can expect!
What You Could Win
Once a month, one lucky family will receive a FREE Birth Photography Session, which includes:
Up to 8 hours of coverage during labor and delivery
A dedicated photographer to capture your unique birth story
A full digital and downloadable gallery of your special day

Applications open for next month due dates.
7th
Application deadline at 11:59pm.
9th
Winner selected and notified via email.
12th
Winner acceptance deadline.
If not accepted, a new winner will be chosen the next day.
Monthly Schedule
Rules and Conditions
Eligibility:
1. Open to expectant families who reside within our service area.
a. Any applicant who resides outside of the servicing area will be subject to a travel fee, if giveaway is awarded and accepted.
2. Due date must be within the next month following the application period.
(If you are applying in February, your due date must be sometime in March, etc.)
3. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Terms, Exclusions, and Limitations:
1. The session includes up to 8 hours of birth coverage.
2. Winner must accept award within 72 hours of notification or it will be considered abandoned and awarded to another applicant.
3. Award is considered accepted once the Birth Photography Agreement and Model Release form is signed.
4. Travel is limited to our service area.
5. A $200 non-refundable travel fee applies to anywhere outside our service area. Travel fee must be paid within 3 days of winner acceptance, if applicable.
6. Winners will be asked to complete a Birth Photography Questionnaire.
7. Additional services (doula support, prints, albums) are not included but may be purchased separately.
8. Digital gallery provided via email within 6 weeks of actual birth.
9. Premature births or medical complications will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Limit one entry per family.
